Beautiful Double Room in Jericho

Hi there,

Our lovely housemate Cameron is sadly moving on, so we’re looking for a new person to join our friendly and relaxed house share in Jericho. The house is a charming and spacious Victorian property managed by Lucy’s group, on a quiet residential road just off Walton Street. We’ve been happily living here for two and a bit years, and love the house and area. Students are welcome, however council tax will be applicable.

**About us:**
You’d be sharing with Brendan, Lizzy, and Jemima— a postdoc, accountant and PhD student. We’re a friendly, socialable and considerate bunch who enjoy the occasional pub trip or movie night together while also respecting each other’s space. We keep the house in good shape and consider it our home. It’s a very chilled-out and easygoing household, and we’re looking for someone like-minded to join us!

We are looking to host viewings in early - mid-May.

**What’s included:**
🛏️ Your room will be a big double bedroom on the top floor. It is technically unfurnished, however Cameron is looking to sell most furniture inc. bed/mattress, bedside tables etc (see pictures)
🍽️ A fully kitted-out sunny kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and plenty storage
🧺 Utility room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer
🛋️ Large sitting room with excellent sunsets
🚿 Bathroom to share with one other (two in the house)
🔑 Very good and responsive landlords

**Location:**
📍 1-minute walk to The Victoria pub
🌿 2 minutes to Port Meadow
🚴 5-minute cycle to the city centre & train station

**Rent & Bills:**
🏠 Rent is £862.50 a month
💷 Bills are typically around £135 per month (includes council tax, utilities and broadband), less in summer.
📅 The room is available on 1st June
🏡 We are hoping to host viewings in the next few weeks, first viewings in early - mid-May.
