Room available in a large townhouse on Iffley Road. The property is in an excellent location; 2 minutes away from the Cowley road, and 15 minutes to town on foot, although buses leave every 10 minutes or so. There is a supermarket 4 minutes away and loads of pubs within a 5 minute walk.
There are 5 occupants currently, four female, one male. We are all young professionals and are sociable and get on well. The house has two bathrooms, two kitchens, a washer/dryer and limited off street parking.
On top of the rent, the bills are £167 a month. This includes council tax, water, electricity and broadband. In addition a deposit is required of £400.
We are looking for a fellow young professional who is clean and tidy, and willing to do their share of cleaning; single occupancy, no students or short term lets please!
