Large attic room with balcony and en-suite shower room and toilet. Room is let as furnished as shown in photos. Furniture and fittings cannot be removed or changed.- double bed, two seater sofa, desk with wi-fi, TV. Shared kitchen with dining facilities.

The house is in a great location on Magdalen Road, Iffley Road end. Twenty minute walk into City Centre or five minute #3 bus journey. Bus stop two minutes walk from house. Also ten minutes walk to Cowley Road.

Buzzing friendly community although the house inside is quiet. Amenities are very close by and include post office, cafes, three of the best gastric-pubs in Oxford, coffee roasteries, great small restaurants, and grocery shops.

Longer term rentals preferred.

This is a lodger arrangement in my home. The room is for single occupancy and I'm unable to accommodate overnight guests. If you're looking for a quiet, respectful living situation and are comfortable with these terms, I'd be happy to hear from you.
