Beautiful spacious double room for dog lover

Hi, I'm Kizzy - a 37 year old female, non-smoking, professional with two small dogs. I'm looking to rent out my very spacious double room and I live in the Holloway area of central Oxford. It's residential and quiet but has plenty of local amenities and convenient transport links to Cowley Road, City Centre, Headington, and the hospitals (less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stops).

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful, and dog loving housemate who would ideally look to rent long term if all works out. Must be conscientious around dogs as I do worry about them eating chocolate or grapes etc. Not to worry, no dog responsibilities ever expected and your room is your own so the dogs don't go in unless you invite them.

I run my own business as a dog groomer from home. I like to cook and spend most of my free time walking with my dogs or chilling at home. I am introverted and like my own time and privacy but will always want to hear about your day and recommend my favourite Oxford spots if ever needed. If this sounds like your vibe then we'll probably get on!

£850 per month which includes bill. Shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, and there are separate toilets as well so you'll never be stuck waiting. There is on street parking if you have a car but you'll need to get a permit if you need to park it at the house Mon - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (otherwise you'll get away without one if you drive to work). Must be non-smoking. Whilst I'd initially find it easier to share with a female, I'm not opposed to sharing with the right male housemate who comes across as well suited for the house and the dogs. Happy to have your guests stay occasionally upon agreement, but no regular stays every weekend please.
