TWO double bedrooms in sociable house in Cowley

**1 room for start of September and 1 room possibly for start of August**

Hi All!

Two of our housemates are moving out in September so we are looking for two lovely replacements. We are a really friendly and social house and like to chill together either at the pub, on nights out and cooking dinner together.

The house is recently renovated and furnished. It has a spacious, open-plan living room and kitchen with a TV, washing machine (drying too), dishwasher, virgin broadband. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one wc. We have a driveway, bike storage, a large garden with a patio and outdoor seating.

We live right in the heart of Cowley, with good links to Headington, JR and Oxford city centre. Sainsbury’s and Tesco's are within a 2 minute walk.

The replacement should be willing to sign the new tenenacy agreement starting Sept 2027. Monthly price does not include bills, which roughly come to £120 pcm including council tax and a cleaner that comes twice a month.
