One large quiet large comfortable double available. Viewings welcome. Room available from 06/06/26 viewings available from then. We can hold the room for a deposit that can form your deposit on move in. Note: 4th room a spare room so will only be sharing with Thomas and I.

The setup is to feel like home, I also rent down south for work and have rented since 18, I want to make more of a home for people and keep rent as low as possible so done lots to make the home efficient. Usually the cheapest or second cheapest double room with bills in Stapleford, I try my best to keep costs down on bills so can offer room for this lower rate than what agencies charge.

Great transport links bus & tram not far. Near ALDI which is very handy. Just off J25 M1 for commuters. Loads of road parking too. Nice neighbours who keep an eye out on the road. Low crime.

I work a lot of hours and often I am away for work so you won't see me too much. In the office or workshop mostly when home. Thomas the other housemate also works long hours and is often away for periods and is other end of house we tend to keep to ourselves but are friendly if you see us. Welcome to have friends over just give me and housemates heads up.
