I have a lovely bright home in Sherwood. Well connected - bus stop up the road - 10 mins to town and City Hospital. Sainsburys/Aldi and Sherwood High St 10 minute walk.
I am looking for someone who is easy going and respectful. I work from home so am looking for someone who works outside of the house.
There is no cleaning rota, I only ask that you keep your room in good condition and keep areas of the house you use clean and tidy.
There is a TV and desk in the room should you want these. During evenings and weekends the office room is available for use, with sofa, side table, reading lamp and a lovely view during the summer!
I lead a busy lifestyle juggling work and study commitments so the home is best suited to someone who is happy getting along with their own things.
All bills (including council tax) are included.
