Looking for a friendly housemate to join me in a relaxed 2-bed home in Nottingham.

My housemate has recently moved out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy. I’m an easygoing philosophy graduate working from home. I like a mix of going out and chilled nights in watching films or TV, so it’d be great to live with someone similar.

The house is spacious and fully furnished (mostly my stuff), with two bedrooms, two living rooms (one of which I don’t use so it would be yours to do whatever you like with), a kitchen (which includes a dishwasher, a fan oven & 4 hobs, and an air fryer), a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower, and two storage cupboards which house the boiler and the washer-dryer. The house also includes 2 parking spaces.

The house is located between New Basford and Sherwood with quick and easy transport links into town. There is also a gym at the bottom of the road and an Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco Express within walking distance.

The room is available now at £500pcm with the deposit already paid.
