A warm and friendly older lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also appreciate some general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, cooking a few meals each week, helping look after the home, and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed. She would enjoy the company, including sharing some meals and watching some TV programmes together.

The accommodation on offer is a large double bedroom with it’s own toilet and sink, and shared use of another bathroom, plus the kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The lady enjoys gardening, watching TV including the soaps, and going out for meals. She also has a very friendly 7-year-old German Shepherd dog.

The property is located in the village 8 miles from Retford. It is a fairly new, spacious home with large garden. Due to location it would require a car owner/driver – there is parking.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time (up to 15 hours per week in a mix of practical help plus a little company) to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s/lady’s/gentleman’s interests.
