Three laid back housemates looking for one more in our professional house share on a friendly street in Carrington.

£500 pcm inclusive of all bills. (Council Tax / Gas / Electric / Water / Virgin M350 Fibre Broadband / TV Licence / Cleaning of shared areas / £10 Kitty).

£212 deposit required to secure the room (on Tenancy Deposit Scheme with Landlord).

We are two professional females and one male living in an established house share. We are a friendly house where we all contribute to make the best environment for us all to live in. We'd like our housemate to share in that ethos too and in return you'll get a great value, clean but chilled-out house share with a very homely feel.

The house is based in Carrington with loads of amenities locally. We are about 20 minutes walk to the City Centre and it's about a 20 minute walk to the City Hospital.

The house itself has four double bedrooms as well as two bathrooms with a large shower in each. Plus all mod cons, a proper garden that we look after, bike store space and loads more excellent features. The house also has the benefit of two reception rooms as well as a kitchen area, so loads of space available.

There is one good-sized double on the first floor available at the moment which can be either part-furnished or unfurnished.

Some of our interests include: Cycling, Organic gardening, Theatre, Festivals, Writing, Live Music, Arts, Activism, and Cookery.

Attitude is more important than background - ideally we are looking for someone long term but please contact us if this sounds like the sort of place you'd like to be!
