All rooms are furnished and in the Hyson Green area – Unipol accredited Student Accommodation. It’s a four bedroomed house situated closely to the trams which is only a couple of minutes walk from the house, and around 20 minutes (0.9 miles) walk and 7 minutes drive to Nottingham Trent University. University of Nottingham (2.4 miles) 52 minutes walk - 15 minutes drive; easy access to Nottingham City Centre.

It is also not far away from ASDA, and only a few minutes away from Sainsburys Local. There are lots of other shops and takeaways on the next street.

It has a dining room and a separate lounge... lovely bathroom. Broadband internet access in all bedrooms. Newly refurbished kitchen - washing machine, microwave, and air fryer.

Fully double glazed. Back yard great for BBQs. This is a NON-SMOKING house.

The rent for the double rooms are £87.80 per week [£380.00 per calendar month] and the single room £71.50 per week [£310.00 per calendar month] which includes water rates - free internet access. Utility bills are not included in the rent.
