It’s a 2 bedroom flat with shared access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area, shared with myself. No pets or smokers.

Room available now in a fully furnished flat. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and small desk. Shared use of a washing machine.

All bills are included in the rent - WiFi available

I am looking for a professional to share my home with. Someone who perhaps wants easy access to the city, hospitals or Uni’s and will work outside of the home.

No couples, smokers or vapers please.

Shared use of large garden (including washing line) with 3 other flats (no garden parties allowed in consideration of neighbours).

I am looking for a minimum of 1 day/week up to 4 days/week (between sun-Thurs nights) for a minimum of 2 months.
I am happy to provide bedding, sheets, duvet, towels etc. (within the stated price) as I currently provide these on Airbnb.

My price will depend on the number of nights you stay and includes all bills.

I’m freelance & work partly in the third sector and mainly working from home. Occasionally I run workshops online from home too, about 1 evening/month.
