A much sought after location with off-road parking and excellent transport links into the city centre, QMC, University and Boots. Public transport is less than a 10 min walk away. A leisure centre with a pool and gym is also within walking distance.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, a cupboard with drawers, clothes rail, desk and chair and a shoe rack. It has a good sized modern ensuite shower room.

There is access to an eat-in-kitchen, dining room and lounge.. An enclosed rear garden with patio has bike storage.

The household includes myself, my teenage son and a female tenant. We are looking for a non-smoker, with a good sense of humour. All bills are included.
