The double bedroom is furnished. The bed is a double and comes with an Emma mattress. The bed has four drawers for extra storage. The bedroom is furnished with a triple pine wardrobe, a large pine chest of drawers, two mirrors hung on the walls, two bedside tables, a bedside lamp & full length black-out curtains. The en-suite is brand new and offers a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head & a separate handset, a wall hung sink with storage cabinet and a toilet.
The downstairs is shared living space. It comprises of:

An open-plan living room - two seater sofa, a ‘reading nook’, a 42-inch smart HD LG TV, original fireplace, built in coved shelving for books etc, under the stairs cupboard (storage area to share perfect for coats & footwear).

dining room has a large pine farm-style dining table, with pretty exposed natural brick.

large, light & airy kitchen has a Range master cooker and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, 4-piece toaster, plenty of cupboard space & modern reclaimed wooden shelving. Shared kitchen cooking utensils include all the essentials.

kitchen has double doors leading to the garden which has a wrought iron table on the patio, a lawned section with fruit trees, a greenhouse & and a large shed you may use for reasonable storage.

The house is newly decorated with attention to detail. We clean up after ourselves and keep the space nice for everyone. Potential for shared cleaner if necessary & agreed on but hasn’t been needed yet.
