Only a 20 minute cylce ride into the town centre along the canal path but you will need a car in this locations as the buses are not reliable. By car it takes less than 10 minutes into the town centre.
The bedroom overlooks a large garden near the canal and has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. Additional storage space in the garage is available if required.
The bathroom is very large with a walk in shower and bath.
There is off street parking available and the house is situated in a no thru road.
All bills are included.
The owner is gay, but the people who rent the room do not have to be as we are friendly towards anyone of any sexual orientation.
No pets allowed, must be a non smoker and occupancy is for single use only.
One months rent as deposit with one month payable in advance when you move in.
Only professionals working from 8.00am - 6.00pm considered.
Both rooms can be made available to the same person for a negotiated. rent if someone wishes to use one of the rooms as an office.
