Double room to rent in large family home

Double room to rent with rear aspect in a large new build home. Pictures show front guest room, but the room to rent is currently occupied by our son who moves out at the end of the month. This room is preferable, as it is next to the separate main bathroom, which would be for sole use. We are looking for a professional person. We are on a new development on the north side of Daventry, close to Heartlands, Middlemore, Royal Oak, and the town centre. There is a TV and living room area at the end of the kitchen diner which the tenant is welcome to use. Rent also includes use of the kitchen, wifi and all utility and council tax bills. There is ample parking on a private driveway, and a bus service connects to Rugby and local areas.
