Large Double Ensuite - Now Available

I have a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the top floor of our house.

The room is in good condition, very clean, private quite newly decorated and carpeted. (updated Available 1st April 2026)

There is office space, desk/chair/double bed and wall mounted TV. And good storage space.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of my family home and offers quite a peaceful place to stay, with good privacy.

The kitchen is shared and previous guests have used the space in the room itself as a lounge for them due to its size.

It may also suit those from overseas either on a work placement or studying, the last few guests have been from Italy, India and Greece. Alternatively someone working in the area temporarily might be suited. (we'll keep on open mind)

We are located near the York racecourse, near Tadcaster Road. Both the City Centre and train station easily workable. A good variety of buses cross this route too including York College and University

No other bills, just the monthly rent. Good Wi-Fi connection and parking.

There is also garden space and a garage if you wish to store a bike..
