House is 3 bedrooms with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The whole house has just been redecorated apart from the hallway which is still a work in progress. Large front and back garden. On street parking. All bills included, including a cleaner every 4 weeks.
Approx 15 minute cycle or 40 minute walk to the city centre. 10 minute walk into Acomb with local shops and amenities.
Currently only myself living here (live in landlord), but there will be another girl moving into the little room in mid May. I work full time in homeless services Monday to Friday, and am usually up to something outdoors at the weekend. I am into hiking, urbex, road trips, wild swimming, reading and board games.
