You will be sharing the house with a family of three. Our son is 24 and we all work full time. We do also rent out a further room, so there maybe one other member living in the house.
We live in a quiet area. 20 minutes walk from York University and close to York city centre. Good transport links to the University and York City Centre.
We only will allow smoking in the back garden. No smoking allowed in the house.
We have free internet and Amazon prime. All Bills are included in the rent.
