Double room available in a beautiful town house a 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre and station and a few minutes’ walk from Kings Road shops, bars and restaurants.

The room is bright and airy. Bed frame lifts to provide handy storage.

1 x double room with house bathroom (shared occasionally - owner and other lodger have their own en-suites) The house bathroom is well equipped with a shower and jacuzzi bath.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a homely shared lounge area with patio doors leading onto a great sunny patio area.

I am a professional lady, who whilst sociable, am mindful of giving people their space. I do have a separate living room and study. There is one other female lodger in the house.

Would suit a professional who works primarily outside the home.

All bills included. High speed WIFI. On street parking.

Must like dogs as I have a very friendly golden retriever.
