Single room to rent within all bills included

Hi all,

I have a 3 bedroom house for rent in Poringland (furnished), Norwich. The middle bedrooms is available for rent this month and the rent includes all bills.

The master room (taken) is a large double room with an en-suite toilet. The second room (taken) is a double room and the third room is a single (available) that comes with a three -quarter bed instead of a single. The room rate comes inclusive of all bills.

The house a is a great size with a large dining/living room, good sized kitchen, huge garden and large drive.

Im a friendly and relaxed landlord who will always act quickly on any issues. I like to be a friend as well as a landlord :). The tenant leaving is a young man. The two tenants remaining who live in the property are both professionals (one male and one female) in the other two occupied rooms.
