I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared flat in NR1 (Surrey Street, by the bus station and right in the city centre).
Ideally someone in there 20s as my two flatmates (1 male, 1 female) are! The room is a very good size with its own bathroom, very modern as we are the first tenants to have lived here!
Not ideal for someone who needs somewhere to park their car as there is no designated spot allocated with the tenancy.
Rent is £500 per month, for bills and everything else you’re welcome to enquire about!
Ideal move in date would be sometime mid-late June
