Single room overlooking lovely garden. Available mid May. . Sunny room , big double glazed window. Room is furnished with single bed , wardrobe , desk and bedside table .
Kitchen. With granite worksurface.2 big fridges own food cupboard and all kitchen utensils supplied Induction hob easy clean. Self cleaning oven. Nice dining room into lounge/ garden room . Sunny and bright .Lots of plants and relaxing space.
Big New shower room with lots of storage. Used by 3 people.
Mature student accepted.
Creative, interesting household.. Friendly, housetrained. Respectful of each other .
Not a party house but sociable with each other. Its a big enough space to feel spacious.
One person has annex.
I Only accept people who I can meet in person. Its really important as it is more about the person, as we have tried to create the nicest space for co-living .
