Double bedroom in clean spacious Georgian property

I have a lovely spare room available in my home, located in St Georges Park, just outside Loddon.

The room is fully furnished, including a very comfortable bed, a desk for working, and plenty of storage. Additional storage is available in the garage.

All bills are included, including council tax (band D). The internet is fibre, so ideal if you work from home. A cleaner comes every two weeks.

The house is shared with myself and potentially one other lodger, whom you will share the family bathroom with. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, living room, and all shared spaces, as well as a nice garden with an outdoor seating area which is lovely to sit in during the summer.

It’s a quiet but friendly and social household. I work from home as a software developer, so it would suit someone who appreciates a calm environment during the day. I also have three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so you’ll need to be a dog lover. They’re very friendly and a big part of the home.

Location-wise, the property is about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, with regular buses into Norwich (around a 20-minute journey). Parking is also available.

Minimum stay is 1 month.
