Large bedroom with its own toilet/shower. (There are 3 private areas in the house, each with its own bathroom, so plenty quiet privacy and no sharing of facilities, except for the shared space below).

Shared space includes dining kitchen, large lounge with wood stove, utility room, bright mezzanine for exercise or yoga, garden with private patios, and own parking place, all in a quiet location yet only a short walk into Forres or a spin along the adjacent cycle track to Findhorn.

The house is large, bright and roomy, so everyone can choose to be sociable, or be calm and quiet in their own living space.

Generally all bills are included - council tax, tv licence, fibre WiFi, etc; but we may need to uplift the energy bills if the wars rage on, especially come a harsh winter.
