The Room

This is a spacious, clean, comfortable double room with a separate private shower/toilet bathroom on ground floor.

You will have full access to shared kitchen and lounge/dining area. Close to the beach and forest in the quiet fishing village of Burghead. Good commuting distance for Elgin, Lossiemouth or Forres - all 15 minute drive away. Local coop, pub and pharmacy within walking distance of the house.

Bedding included in the rental. You will have use of washing machine, cooking facilities, broadband and a fully serviced kitchen by reasonable pre-arrangement with host. The kitchen will be shared. You will be responsible for cleaning your own areas.

Food and toiletries not included in the rent. A partial contribution to the electric.

No TV in the shared lounge or the room but the wi-fi is current upgrade package and enough bandwidth for all your viewing needs on any device you own.

You will be sharing with a professional who works full time and enjoys a chat and laugh but also like privacy and the house allows for this with most of the tenants living being done in a semi contained area upstairs. Its a peaceful, clean, spacious quiet space!!

Monday to Friday stay only.

All offers of accommodation will be subject to a character reference from current employer or a past landlord and two photo ID documents.

Deposit of one weeks rent required.
