If you’re looking for a fun flat with lovely views in Edinburgh, we’d love to meet you! We’re three PostGrad students at the moment and two of us are starting to work in September. The flat is in a lovely spot with direct access to Holyrood park and a very quiet street. The location is also very convenient for the University and shops.

We are three flatmates who enjoy cycling, running, playing football, watching bake off, cooking and hanging out in the kitchen. We love to keep a friendly and wholesome vibe in the flat and we like to invite people over from time to time. We would love someone with a similar vibe to join our crew!

The flat is very comfortable, with wooden floors and carpet upstairs. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, MASSIVE freezer and fridge. The bills account for 40£ a month and there is a security/damage deposit equal to six weeks rent, 900£. Council tax is band E and accounts for roughly 240 £ a month total and will be shared with one other flatmate until September. Postgrad students are welcome if they are happy to contribute to this.
