I have a double bedroom available in my home, just a few minutes’ walk from Morningside. Perfect for someone who enjoys peace, nature, and a friendly home environment. Our location is ideal for walkers and outdoor lovers, with Braid Burn Park, the Braid Hills, and the Hermitage all nearby.
The room comes with its own private ensuite shower room and a personal fridge/freezer. You will share the kitchen and laundry facilities. The house is bright, welcoming, and full of natural light.

Please note that I would prefer a female tenant, as this is a family home.
