Marchmont is one of the best areas to live in Edinburgh during summer with cafés, parks and the festival all on your doorstep.

The flat is located in the well-sought after location of Marchmont (5–10 min walk to George Square campus). It is a spacious 5-bed student flat, with a shared kitchen and living space, it is fully furnished and has a great location beside the Meadows.
