Quiet room in private house

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This is a quiet, clean and tidy household with couple in their early 40's and 3 cats in.
We have a cozy room with garden view, fully furnished, with plenty of storage and walk-in wardrobe, large TV and fast WiFi. We provide bedding and towel as well.

I work often at home/around the house and the garden, and cooking every evening, so the goal is to have here someone with opposite intensiones.

We are ideally looking for quiet person (shy or introverts are welcome), who:
- is full time employed (not Home office) preferably with regular hours, who enjoys socialising outside the house
- is not much in the cooking or doesn't use the kitchen frequently (we would arrange timings)
- cat lover, responsible and independent enough to look after the cats (mainly just feeding) and the house, when we travel


Kitchen and bathroom are only common areas.

Short terms also considered and may be preferred.

Gracemount area EH17, where nature is at the doorstep and many lovely walks near, including Roslin Glen.

Free street parking

City centre 20 - 30 min by bus (7,37,47, 11, 400, X62)

Bunch of shops including Tesco and Scotmid 5 minutes walk, bus stops the same. Buses going also to Royal Infirmary (20min journey) and Straiton shopping park (15min journey).

Rent £480 ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
Deposit £100 will be discounted from the first rent.
