Double room in modern flat.

I have a good size double room available, which is just being redecorated. The flat is approx 35min walk to the city centre and 10min by bus.
There is a large shopping centre 5mins from the flat and close to Stockbridge, Botanic Gardens and a great gym.
The flat is set back from the main road and very quiet and warm. The kitchen with gas hob, built in oven/microwave and main oven, bean to cup coffee machine and a Nija airfreight. The living/dinning room has been completely updated with luxury vinyl tile in the dinning room and new carpet fitted in the livingroom.. There is high speed unlimited internet, a private garden with storage for a bike as well as private off-road parking.
Rent includes council tax but does not include utility bills.

I'm easy going, in my spare time I will either be out cycling, on the beach, travelling in my motorhome, or at the gym.
I would prefer a flatmate who is reasonably sociable, easy going and enjoys a movie/Netflicks night in and share an occasional meal.
My other flatmate Tori, who is from Australia, we are both easy going and open minded and all we ask is that you help out with keeping the flat tidy.

I was a firefighter for 26yrs, but due to an injury i was medically discharged.

My other flatmate is Tori who is 22 and Australian.
