Hi I’m Despina, I’m 26 and from Greece. I graduated from Edinburgh Uni last year and am currently working in Edinburgh. I am looking for another person to share this 2-bedroom flat with – ideally a professional (for council tax purposes).

My hobbies include swimming, reading, and cooking, and when at home, I really value my quiet time though I like the occasional gathering as well. Please write a sentence or two on what you’re looking for in your future flatmate.

The flat is a beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom 1 bathroom, with a storage room too. We also have access to shared drying room in the building. We’re just off the Pleasance, a 5 minute walk to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Also just over 10 minutes to Waverley and Princes Street! Post code is EH8 9TH.

The other bedroom is available from the first week of May. Feel free to message for a virtual or in-person viewing. Rent is £800 per month. Council tax plus bills comes to about £150 per month. Deposit is £800.
