Double room to rent in 2 bed flat in Prestonfield

Hiya! We are a couple of new grads looking for a flatmate. We're both 23, I (Bill) like to watch movies and Maisy likes to garden.

The flat is a two bed-room located in Prestonfield near to Kings buildings and Cameron toll shopping centre, with a bus stop right outside that takes you into town in 20 mins!

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The kitchen has all the usual amenities as well as a washer, dryer, and espresso coffee machine.

The bathroom is shared however we keep it clean.

Usually we are a pretty quiet household, but we do like to have movie nights or dinners and sometimes play video games! As well as having friends over occasionally, of course, you would be very welcome!

Ideally we are looking for someone who is chill and clean and doesn't mind a bit of socialising.

The flat is £650 a month- bills included, including wi-fi (New full fibre! :D) and council tax. Professionals and students welcome. All genders are welcome too.

Unfortunately we cannot cater to most pets, but we do have a fish, so if you have a fish that is cool.
