(4) No roommates, you have your own bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
2. Availability
(1) Move-In Dates: start from 19th April, you can pick any dates you like
(2) Move-Out Dates: 29th August
(3) Minimum Stay: at least 8 weeks
(4) Must be a full-time student
3. Rent & Cost
(1) Weekly Rate: £300 per week (The official rent is £350 per week, but I can effectively reduce your cost to £300 through a cashback arrangement. After you establish contract with New Park, I will transfer you a cash subsidy—for example, £400 for 8 weeks or £600 for 12 weeks—depends on how long will you stay. You will still pay New Park the full £350 per week according to the contract. We can sign an agreement to ensure I will pay you in time.)

7. Regarding the personal items shown in the pictures
I plan to donate these items. New Park staff will be coming into my room to collect them sometime between May and June, but I'm not sure of the exact date. If you move in early, you can pick out some secondhand items that you find useful, or simply throw these away or donate them.
