About the room :
- Lease period: May (can discus) 2025 to August 29, 2026 51 weeks .
- Rent: £220 per week (bills included )
- It is a spacious and bright room located in Roxburgh 8 student accommodation - 4th floor
- you got 3 big windows got the view of Arthur city and while city - not gonna lie you will have a spectacular view !)

Features:
* share bathroom with 3 other person ( 2 girls and 1 guy- the guy is not very active in the accom so I would say usually it’s jsut 2 girls using it )
* ⁠share a big kitchen super spacious with view of Arthur seat again - 2 cooking space - the website say 12 ppl but actually in summer time I believe no one would be here as everyone gone home , so realistically you be sharing with around 3 people I would say )
* ⁠The room is bright and spacious, equipped with a washbasin, and dry and wet separation is more convenient
* The kitchen has good light and large space, equipped with two sets of complete kitchenware, equivalent to having two kitchens
* Suitable for students who don't like crowded kitchens~
