Looking for someone to take over my room at iQ Fountainbridge, one of Edinburgh's best student accommodation buildings. I am unable to continue my tenancy and this is a great opportunity to secure a room in a brilliant location at short notice.

The Room:
Private en suite room with all bills included. Electricity, gas, water and wifi all covered in the rent. No hidden costs. Available from 20th May until the end of the tenancy on 29th August 2026.

Remaining Payments:
2 instalments of £1,115 each, totalling £2,230 for the remainder of the tenancy.

The Building:
The facilities here are genuinely amazing for student living. There is an on-site gym. There is a huge cinema room, a chill out lounge to hang out with friends, a ping pong table and a pool table. It is one of the best buildings to meet people and network with other students from all over the world.

Location:
Fountainbridge is right in the heart of central Edinburgh. You are a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, close to all the main university campuses, shops, restaurants and nightlife. It really does not get more central than this.
