This is a furnished double room for rent for £650/month (£1300/month in total including my half). Rent includes WiFi as well that came with the flat. Council Band C. 1 bathroom and shower/bathtub, 1 washing machine (no dryer).

Hello! My name is Griffin and I'm looking for a flatmate to replace my current one who is moving out next month. The location is within spitting distance of Haymarket station, and not far off city centre. We're right next to Murrayfield Stadium which is great if you like going to concerts/games. Murrayfield tram stop is also a short walk away as well as other bus stops, making transport further into the city or towards the airport very easy. It's generally a quiet area as we're not directly in the city centre, though it can get loud when there are events at the stadium.

A little about myself - I'm currently doing a part-time masters in counselling and also work 3 days a week at a hotel in F&B. My class day is basically a full day and I work evening shifts. On top of that, I have set plans in the evenings 2 nights a week, so there can be times where it seems I'm not in the flat much. I'm pretty relaxed and don't have hard rules about flatmate behaviour and don't mind sharing things with permission, although I obviously would want someone with common sense and maturity with respect to noise/dishes/general cleanliness. I am someone that enjoys hanging out in the flat and will always try to make a friendly environment, but I also like spending time on my own to recharge. I really just want someone who's easy to live with, and clear lines of communication is something that is important to me. I would also prefer someone who is more interested in long-terms lets - not just for the summer for example - as I'd rather not be finding flatmates every few months. Plans can change of course, but I'm really just looking for a stable living situation while I balance work/studying.
