The flat is in Tytler Court, in a really great spot about a 4-minute walk to Meadowbank and just 2 minutes from Holyrood Park, so perfect if you like being close to green space but still well connected.
I’m ideally looking for a female flatmate, aged around 25 - 35 who’s a working professional (for council tax reasons). Rent is £500 and bills come around to £360 so £180 each. It’s a 2-bed flat and you’ll be sharing the space with myself.
The flat itself is cosy and well-kept. You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m pretty easygoing and would love to live with someone friendly, tidy and respectful of shared space.
