The flat is located on top of Easter Road by Calton hill with easy access to any part of town and loads of coffee shops. The flat comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and extra cupboard for storage. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The room is east facing and comes with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, full length mirror and potentially a bookcase.

I’m looking for a friendly female professional and students (who are willing to pay council tax) between the ages 22-30
years old who is respectful of communal spaces but enjoys a homely setting. Someone who is chill, clean and tidy.

A little about me:
I’m a full time professional working in the creative industries and will be working from home in the living room. My interests are cooking, reading, movies/tv and visiting coffee shops. I have recently learned to crochet. :) I like the peace and quiet but also socialising. I value open and caring communication about domestic things. You would be sharing the flat with me.

More buses and tram within 5-10 min walk either up to London Road or Leith walk. (4,5,19,34,45,7,14,16,25,10,49)
Walking distance to Lidl, Scot mid, Tesco and Sainsbury.

Rent and bills usually land around £950 each a month.
