Double lovely rooms in an unlovely flat (EH3)

Two double rooms available in a 4‑room flat in Tollcross, next to The Meadows, 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and Edinburgh University (George Square Campus).

The rooms are available only from 1st June to 31st July.

The rooms are double, furnished with a desk and wardrobe — perfect for someone who needs peace and quiet to study or to rest after a working day.

The flat has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom — no living room — and you'd be sharing with an unsociable very old man (myself) and two other people.

The flat is also old, but I try to keep it as clean as possible — so I'm looking for mature, responsible people who will look after the place and keep the common areas tidy after use.

The rent is £680 per calendar month, plus gas/electricity bills, which are split between everyone (around £30–40).

No party animals, no smokers, no couples.
