Cosy Double Room in Ground Floor Flat – Canonmills – available April - SHORT TERM LET

I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate to rent a cosy double room in my ground floor flat in the heart of Canonmills. The room is available from April for a couple of months.

You'll be sharing with me – I'm the live-in landlord. I’m easy-going, sociable and happy to hang out watching a film in the living room, but equally respectful of personal space and downtime.

About You:
Looking for someone 22+ who’s tidy, respectful, and treats the flat like their own. This isn’t a party flat – I’d appreciate someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, is mindful of shared spaces and would be happy to contribute to cleaning weekly.

No smokers
No pets
No working from home (the space isn't set up for it)
Students welcome, but you’ll need to pay council tax
