You’d be renting the main bedroom (good size, plenty of space). The flat is on the 2nd floor so it stays nice and warm. Big bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a proper bath. There’s also a private parking space at the back of the building.

Roughly 25 mins walk into Princes Street
Close to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat if you like a walk
