The room comes with a double bed and mattress and wardrobe. It benefits form a big double glazed window.
You must be comfortable with living with others. It will be myself and another person you will live with. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a small table and 2 chairs there. There is no living room. The bathroom is spacious.
The flat is situated close to the city centre. 12 minutes away by bus and 25 minutes walk. The Haymarket train station is a 15 minutes walk away. There are various supermarkets within walking distance. Lidl, Aldi, Saintsbury’s.
The room would be suitable for either a professional or a student. Someone who has shared before, and is clean and organised. Not least you must be easygoing and friendly. Ideally you enjoy socialising with your Flatmates.
Gas and electric based on usage will be split 3 ways.
