Double Room in Spacious City Centre Flat L2

Hi! I’m looking for someone to share my two-bed flat right in the city centre.

The flat itself is really spacious for the location, with high ceilings and big windows throughout, so it feels bright and open rather than like a typical city apartment. It’s on a quieter street and both bedrooms face into a courtyard, so it’s pretty calm despite being so central.

There are two rooms to choose from:

Room A – £795 pcm (all bills + council tax included)
This is the slightly bigger room and comes with its own en-suite. It also has a really nice large double-window feature which brings in loads of natural light and makes the room feel really open. Ideal if you like having your own bathroom and a bit more space.

Room B – £750 pcm (all bills + council tax included)
Still a really good-sized double (the one with the wooden bed in the photos). It’s bright, fully furnished, and has plenty of storage with under-bed drawers and a desk setup.

There’s also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, which we’d both use either way — the only difference is whether you’d also like your own en-suite on top of that.

The flat has a big open-plan living space with large arched windows and a separate dining area, so it’s actually a really nice place to spend time in.

Location-wise, it’s about as central as you can get — 1 minute from Castle Street and around a 5-minute walk to Liverpool ONE. Lime Street, Moorfields, the docks, supermarkets and gyms are all within easy walking distance.

I’m ideally looking for another girl around a similar age (early–mid 20s). I’d much rather live with someone I actually get on with — someone easygoing, tidy in shared spaces, and up for the occasional chat or a chill night in, but also happy doing their own thing.

Young professional would be ideal, but I’m open to students too.
