About the place:

We’re perfectly located just off of Lark Lane, right by Sefton Park and with great train & bus connections into the city centre, there's on road parking infront of flat building.

The flat is on the 3rd floor, consisting of 4 bedrooms spread over 2 levels, a bathroom shared by 3, with a big bath and shower (with a lovely view of the Welsh mountains!), kitchen (with 2 fridge/freezers, a dishwasher & washing machine), a separate living room & mezzanine level which we use for storage & laundry.

The room available is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes, and the flat itself is open, bright, cosy & spacious!

About us:

Current flatmates have been here 2-5 years and the person moving out almost 4 years, we are 1 professional (data analyst & massage therapist) & 2 PHD students (finishing their studies this Summer) we are looking for a friendly, relaxed, responsible & respectful flatmate to join our shared tenancy.

We all have quite busy work, social & travel lives, so the flat can either be full or empty day-to-day.

We love our home and are all very respectful of each others privacy we'll hang out in the evenings occasionally and all get on well. This isn't a party flat so we would need to find someone who is more on our wavelength with those days behind them now. We all share a love of travelling, nature, hiking, food, good humour and living life to the fullest!

We keep the place clean by having a fortnightly cleaning & bins rota (with each of us having 2wks on then 6wks off) which has always worked efficiently.

Room is £415 a month for + Bills (including council tax even if you're a student) totally ~£550 currently a month. We also share costs for other general flat expenses like cleaning products.
