Large, light and spacious room in Woolwich

I am renting out my large spare room. It is situated next to the living room and kitchen, on the ground floor. It has a window and a view of the back garden, so it is very quiet and easy to sleep in. The room is fully furnished with new Ikea furniture.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, air fryer, dish washer, mixer/grinder and microwave.

There is a dining area in the living room with a large table and a large sofa to relax on.

Currently there are two occupants in the house, one male 25 and one female 28. We both in the NHS and are very friendly. We are social and like to cook, including sharing our food and have friendly gatherings.

The house is 15 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal train line, which has the Elizabeth and DLR lines running from it.
It is also 8 minutes walk from Plumstead station which is the main line Southeastern rail.
There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away where the 53 bus can collect you and take you to central London.

Bills are all included in the price of £850 per month.
