Double room for single use in Wood Green

Hi!

We are Bea, Natalia, Valeria, and Paula — four Spanish women in the prime of life who are looking for one new housemate to become part of our little family (this is very important to us) ✨

We are a nurse, a sales executive, and two teachers, with working hours from 8am to 7pm daily. Sometimes we also work night shifts and occasionally weekends 💤

We have one double room for single occupancy (no couples), and we are looking for a woman aged between 28 and 38, who is not 100% remote working (hybrid is fine), non-smoker, open-minded, respectful, and clean. Someone who enjoys spending time together as a household (while, of course, respecting privacy), and ultimately wants a home. We love watching films and series together, having dinner, doing sports, going to the gym, chatting, playing board games... This is a home, not just a house, and we take care of it as such 🏠

Pets are not allowed, but friendly animals visit our garden (foxes, cats, squirrels…) 🐿️
We live in a detached house in Wood Green. It’s 8 minutes from the tube station and 1 minute from a bus stop (W3, 243, and 144). The house has 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a utility room, living room, kitchen-diner, and garden.

We follow a weekly cleaning rota, sharing household chores 🧹

The rent is £855 per month (bills included except water, which is billed every 6 months). The deposit payable to the landlady is £775.
The move-in date would be April 24th (we might be flexible).
