You will share the bathroom with one person only.

Flat sharing with two professionals in their late 40's and early 50's,
Women, men or non-binary above 25 years old are welcome since they are very CLEAN, CONSIDERATE, LIKE-MINDED, and enjoy sharing a tidy and very clean space.

A cosy double room on the top floor is available in a lovely 3-bedroom flat with a double bed, and wardrobe.

The flat spreads over three floors. The ground floor is only the entrance to the first floor, which has a bright living room, a cosy well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom (which you will be sharing with another flatmate). The vacant bedroom is on the last floor, beside another one.

Laminated wooden floors throughout the flat, but the stairs. Minimally decorated with plants throughout the kitchen, corridor and living room.


It's a seven-minute walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line), a ten-minute walk to 
Alexandra Palace train station ( National Rail), and many buses. 



Located close to all the amenities Wood Green area offers: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, many high street shops, and a public library. With the plus of a nice little walk or bus ride away from the ever-so-charming Muswell Hill. Besides, a great jazz venue offers shows twice a week and the Goodness Brewery tap room where you can have a proper Italian pizza five minutes walk from the flat.

The monthly rent is £ 890 with all bills included ( Energy, Council Tax, TV licensing and basic household goods).

You will share with two professionals in their late 40s (male) and early 50s (female) who like to live in an IMMACULATE HOUSE.

We are looking for a CONSIDERATE, CLEAN AND LIKE-MINDED housemate who is independent but also enjoys, from time to time, sharing stories over a glass of wine and a homemade dish.

Someone who will treat the place like home and be environmentally conscious.

Therefore, this is not a party house.
