Location
A quiet, tree-lined street with beautiful homes. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a high street, local pubs and a village square at the end of the road, with lots of parks nearby. Further north than some would choose, but 15 mins to Finsbury Park makes the rest of London easy. The trade-off is it's incredibly safe, calm and friendly - hard to put a price on.

The household
More wine and dinner than house parties. Clean, considerate and relaxed. Come and go as you please, have people stay, be as social or independent as you like - the only ask is that you're clean, considerate and can pass agency referencing.

I'm 32, female, work in events and music, and I'm big on cooking and gardening. Will always offer a plate.
