Double bedroom in Wimbledon available in June

Hi there,

We have a double room available in a 4 bedroom house share in Wimbledon.

15min walk to Wimbledon tube and overground station.

5min walk to Raynes Park over ground.

The house is furnished, with a modern kitchen, sitting room, large storage room and garden.

The bedroom is large, wooden floored, bright and airy.

The other house mates are kind and relaxed. Everyone gets on very well but also have their own lives.

One of the girls have two cats that stay in her room but you may see them chasing butterflies in the garden.

Council tax and super fast WiFi are included. There are no agency or admin fees. Utility bills are not included, we felt it was unfair to make assumptions about usage and add it on to rent (as a lot of landlords do). The girls have told me that bills are kept very low. They are all happy to have a chat with anyone interested so you can get a feel for the place from a tenants perspective.

I am a live out landlady. We all get on well and I make it a priority to ensure any issues with the house are sorted promptly. We have a WhatsApp group so even minor issues can be sorted without it feeling too formal. I really like my tenants to be happy.
